„The rooms were not as clean as I would have lied. Floors had not been thoroughly swept. Skimmer covers were not on skimmers in pool area- unsafe when walking. Water slide had lots of scum on sides of it. Plenty of chemicals to kill germs in pool. Staff very accommodating though only after I verbally requested what I had placed in my requests when I hooked. “

„To much loitering of non residence around the property. Did not feel safe and left immediately. Did not get a refund, even though I did not stay there.“

„We choose this hotel though expedia... not knowing that when we arrived the hotel was closing forever... not knowing what to do called expedia was told they would get us another hotel... they promised us a free night plus a cheaper rate for the next day...... tjis did not happen as we had to pay again for the stay at the ramada... as we had already paid for a 2 day stay at this hotel.. so our 2 day stay cost us 3 days stay ... needless to say we are not impressed with our expedia ...
