The residence was an independent structure with a large window looking out to the sea and the bridge. Sunrise was gorgeous. The unit has a beautiful bathroom, very nice bedroom and new clean kitchen. „If you are forced to stay near the airport, then you really don't have too many options. It's the only Airport hotel. The main issue is that Airport is far from everything and therefore no local transportation to look for stores etc and walk around. Just the beautiful gardens. I'm not a big fan of Hiroshima's airport as it is very inconvenient.“

„Nice new Hotel in Setoda with a public bath (not Onsen) the staff was very friendly and always helpful. the rooms are very big but there’s only a shower booth in the room. Though you can use the hotels own public bath which was very nice. it’s somehow even tattoo friendly if you don’t have specific “japanese” tattoos. there are many local eateries and some stylish coffee shops nearby. rent a bike and explore the island or corss the bridge to Ehime pref. :) “

„We came here for the biking and loved this hotel. It’s not easy to get to by public transport. You’ll want a taxi. The rooms are nice and large by Japan standards. The food was amazing. You don’t pick from a menu but they serve many different kinds of food. It is seafood focused. So if you don’t like seafood it might not be the place for you. We love Japanese style food so we were amazed. Definitely a highlight of our trip. “
