„The hotel is in the process up upgrades. Our request for flatter pillows was met with complications. We finally received somewhat flatter pillows but there was a big language barrier. (Requested toilet paper and got paper towels,etc.) The restaurants (Maestro and Lakeside), were exceptional both in quality and presentation and cleanliness. I wish the “resort fee” was disclosed upon booking my reservation on line. The guests in the adjoining room had LOUD sex (absolute screaming from 12 midnight ...
