„Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We are so grateful we chose to stay here for our trip to Kyoto!“

„Brilliant location and close to the top spots we went to see. Quiet neighborhood by the river. Suite was large and luxurious. Lovely bouquet, complimentary wine, and confectionary on arrival. The kitchen was well equipped, with a microwave too. Washer dryer in Japanese language, but staff helped us. Easy! Concierge services were also exceptional. Excellent Michelin star restaurant reservation on the same day.“

„The staff here is outstanding! The room was cozy and romantic and the location was perfect!“

„Ein schönes und großzügiges Zimmer für eine Familie mit einem separaten Schlafzimmer und Bad. Sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.“

„Das war eines der besten Hotels, in denen wir jemals waren. Die Zimmer sind groß, wunderschön eingerichtet und das Personal stets zuvorkommend und nett. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. 😊“

„As a family of 4 adults, this was a good hotel to stay at. Close to subway, restaurants, Gion and other must see sites. The hotel has a boutique style feel to it and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than other hotels we stayed at but had everything you need. The breakfast was also excellent – fresh, varied, and thoughtfully prepared. The friendly service and welcoming ambiance made our ...

„ruhig und zentral, nah von U-Bahn, netter Service. Super Zimmer im obersten Stock, sehr bequemes Bett.“

„Steal of a deal for this spacious room. Hotel was spotless. Location was great as well.“

„We loved our stay at this stylish small hotel. Our corner room was spacious, with sensational views over the city, hills and Shirakawa River. The bed was firm, the shower strong and the amenities were decent for our five night stay. One of the things we liked most about the hotel was its lobby and lounge area, with picture windows taking in the river and autumn leaves and books to enjoy on a cold afternoon. It had such a calm atmosphere. Breakfast was served here (delicious and good value at ...
