Inside, a bright and open living room is beautifully dressed in beachy decor and comfortable furniture, perfect for watching DVD movies on the mounted flatscreen TV or entertaining friends with glasses of local wine from Emerald Coast Wine Cellars right down the street. After using the ample counter space and stainless steel appliances of the full kitchen to whip up tonight's new masterpiece, serve up to six guests at the handsome dining table while the dishwasher takes care of those dirty dishes. The private patio is a great space for enjoying your morning coffee before heading out to the beach or taking a swim in the shared pool.

Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is just six miles west with fantastic waterslides and adventures the whole family will love. Need a break from the kitchen? Get some delicious seafood when you visit Captain Dave's On the Gulf or try the surf & turf at Royal Palm Grille. The Golf Garden of Destin is less than a mile north with fantastic fairways to enjoy for a little early morning exercise.

Awesome Location!

The condo is in a perfect location, only 2 min walk to the beach. The only issue was that the Shower pressure was horrible, really difficult to shower. Bathroom at the main bedroom tub was clogged so we couldn’t use it. I called the office and they told me to use the plunger. It did not work at all and no one came to check. We found a blood stain in the sheets.

Good affordable option

Pros: location - steps from beach Quiet. Cons: kitchen -pans are not nonstick which makes cooking a messy affair. No kitchen essentials provided. Not even a small amount of oil or salt and pepper. Needs heat safe spatula. The one there melted quickly. Cleanliness- half eaten chips on the couch when we arrived. Management very responsive on this. pool very cold. not heated No beach or pool accessories. Furnace fan runs all the time. No way to turn it off. Sadly this is wasting electricity. Overall a great stay.

Great location! Just a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach! Would def stay there again!

This place was a good first time place staying at. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The only thing I would have to complain about is the furniture, the couch and chair needs updated. The mattress of the couch is paper thin.

Awesome location; terrible beds

The condo was fine, the location just across the street from the beach was awesome! We generally are pretty good troopers, but had a terrible time with uncomfortable mattresses on beds in both bedrooms. Had two college age kids with us - one opted for a better night's sleep on the couch, and both are ready for a chiropractor. My fault that I didn't notice a hair dryer not listed among the amenity list for either bathroom. Have stayed elsewhere that provided umbrella/chairs for the beach. If that's important for your beach time, it's at least something to consider, as renting is $50 per day. Would not stay here again, mostly due to the mattresses.

The property was very nice and suited our needs perfectly!

We loved the property! It was supplied with plenty of towels and bedding. The pool was a blessing with the kids, and we had the option of using the grills outside (but it rained so much we didn’t get to enjoy that part). The property manager was very rude and curt with us and other guests. She also kept saying she had nothing to do with the rentals, only the property itself. Otherwise, the tenants and guests were all very friendly.

The overall condition of the condo was very poor. Everything was old and outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable. The sofa and sofa sleeper were uncomfortable as well. All three televisions were so small. I did not expect a huge flat screen but not something so small.

Centipedes Everywhere

The place was full of centipedes! The management company knew it because there were signs up that they were spraying the day after we left. They should not have rented this unit with so many bugs everywhere. Stop counting and left at 28. One person staying in the until felt so uncomfortable he left a day early.
