With seating for six at the table, plus an additional four at the breakfast counter, there is plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy snacks and meals together. The full kitchen is more than equipped to handle whatever is on the menu. An expansive balcony extends from the dining area to the living room. Furnished with a small bistro set, this is a shady spot to enjoy a morning coffee while catching a round of tennis on the courts below. The living room's plush sofa seating and easy chairs offer a comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day of sun. Cool off in the comfor of central AC and find something to watch on the flatscreen cable TV. A spacious, front balcony sharing access with the living room and primary guest room offers partial Gulf views.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
