--LIVING SPACE--
There’s ample space for everyone to relax in this home’s many living spaces. On the 2nd floor, everyone can hang out in the spacious living room, which includes comfortable couches and a 55-inch HDTV. The 4th floor boasts a scenic “tower” room which has a wet bar, a 42-inch HDTV, and a sleeper sofa. All TVs feature app streaming services to watch your favorite movies or the big games.

--KITCHEN & DINING--
Between all the excitement of beaches, shopping, and amusement parks, you’re bound to work up an appetite! This home has a fully equipped kitchen on the 2nd floor. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, double oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Cabinets stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils and plenty of counter space make cooking a pleasure. Pots and Pans are available, please note we do not provide condiments such as salt and pepper.

Settle in for a meal with loved ones at either the elegant 2nd-floor dining table next to the kitchen (seats 10), round table (seats 4), or at the breakfast bar with barstools (seats 4). In addition, you’re always welcome (and encouraged!) to bring your meal out to one of the balconies to enjoy the gulf breezes.

--BEDROOMS--
This home can comfortably sleep up to 20 guests in 6 private bedrooms, plus additional guests in common spaces. You'll sleep well thanks to our comfortable mattresses, soft pillows, and super soft sheets. All of the furnishings reflect a stylish and comfortable theme.

Common spaces: The 4th-floor tower room features a full-size pull-out futon, and the living room has a queen-size sofa bed. This allows for an additional 4 places for people to sleep.

--BATHROOMS--
Privacy please! This home contains 5 full bathrooms and 2 half baths: en-suites in 4 bedrooms, a full bathroom shared between the two bunk rooms, and powder rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Bathroom amenities include toiletries, soft and absorbent cotton towels, and hair dryers.

The home comes with a starter pack of toiletries. This includes, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 liquid dish soap, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, three trash bags, we recently started adding 2 laundry detergent as well.

--OUTDOOR SPACE--
You’re coming all the way to Florida for great weather, so you probably don’t want to stay inside the whole time! The backyard is the ultimate place to enjoy the gorgeous sunshine. The whole group will love the convenience of a private pool and patio, so you can take a dip whenever you feel like it. The balconies on each level also offer plenty of outdoor space, so everyone can find their oasis of peace and quiet.

The entire home is equipped with fast WiFi and air conditioning, so you’ll always be cool and connected.
Free parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that RVs and trailers are not permitted.

Driving is the best way to get around the Emerald Coast, but a car isn’t necessary for trips to the beach, which is about 5 minutes away on foot. Stores and restaurants in the area typically have free and plentiful parking, but be mindful that some beach parking lots do charge fees. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are also readily available.

Flying into the Panhandle area? Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is a 35-minute drive from the home and Destin Executive Airport (DTS) is a 15-minute drive away

Home Truths:
- Please note that active commercial and residential construction is currently underway in the city of Destin.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1- October 30).

Parking Details:
Free parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
