Unsere Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung wurde komplett aktualisiert, um Ihren Urlaubsgenuss zu erhöhen. Granit-Arbeitsplatten in KĂŒche und Bad, neue GerĂ€te, HD-Flachbildfernseher, kostenloses WLAN und im Erdgeschoss Frische Farbe ĂŒberall und neue BettwĂ€sche. Kingsize-Bett, Etagenbetten und ein Queen-Schlafsofa erlauben 6 Personen bequem zu schlafen. Unsere Wohnung ist Nummer 102. Sie sind Schritte zum Golf von Mexiko und zum Schwimmbad / Whirlpool. Das Restaurant des Pompano Joe befindet sich auf der gegenĂŒberliegenden Straßenseite des Komplexes.

Summerspell ist ein "gut gehĂŒtetes Geheimnis" -Komplex entlang des Scenic Highway 98. Es ist eine niedrige, freundliche Eigentumswohnungskomplex mit nur 30 Einheiten. Es gibt einen saisonal beheizten Pool, Whirlpool, Grillplatz, WĂ€scherei vor Ort und hervorragende Parkmöglichkeiten. Gehe hinunter zum Pool und in wenigen Schritten bist du am Strand!

Der beste Teil dieser Einheit ist, dass Sie ein Strandresort bekommen, ohne die Golf-Front-Preise zu bezahlen!

Die Einheit ist absolut NICHTRAUCHER.

this was lovely . I have never stayed here at this one but my girls have before . We have stayed at all except one now on the first floor and by far this was one of the best as far as accomadations .

Amazing Condo

This is an amazing condo with a great location! 2 minute walk to the beach with several close by restaurants! The property manager was very quick at responding to any questions I had and very nice. I will definitely be staying again!

First Florida Vacation

Awesome place

I absolutely loved this condo. It’s location to the beach and the view. It was clean and very beautiful. Amber was very easy to get a hold of if I needed anything and was very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great condo. Great location. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. No buildings to block the view. Plenty of towels, always a plus for me. Property well maintained. Owner went out of her way to accommodate us. Will stay there again

Girls Trip 2020

The property is exactly how is was pictured. The location to the beach is just a hop, skip and a jump across the parking lot. The pool states it closes at 10pm but was open at all times and had people actively swimming and using the hot tub. There was a lot of hustle and bustle but noise was never an issue. The beds were comfortable, additional bedding was supplied for the pull-out. The condo was clean and Amber was very accommodating allowing us to check-in early because we arrived ahead of schedule. The property could use a few things like, sharper knives, and a hand mixer (has the beaters but no hand-held) but all in all we had most everything we needed! Chairs and boards were provided by the owner, and we left 3 pool floats that we couldn’t pack up. It was seriously the best time!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Right by the beach

Check in was easy. The beach is very close, about 20 yards across the street. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided but we brought our own. Kitchen utensils and cookware were present and used daily. No surprises here and was just like the pictures.

Overall, a good experience! A great spot to be for the beach and no steps!

We struggled with the keypad, the buttons were sticky. My husband cleaned them with WD40 and they worked great. The ice maker did not work and my husband cleaned the bathtub drain in order to have it drain better. The king size bed was wonderful, the larger TV was a bonus and the location was on ground level was very convenient. We will come to Summerspell again!

Review of Unit and issues

We understand what cold weather is like in that area for we lived in Panama City, FL many years ago. It will bring out cockroaches and other critters. With that being said you should have had the unit bombed and then cleaned well before arrival time. We were prepared for cooler weather but the unit was not. Dealing with the roaches, waiting for you you to arrive with a can of Raid (which I might add was only a small dent in issue) then waiting exterminator the next day cut into our plans. There were many more cockroaches. The droppings found under kitchen sink should have been a red flag! We left a day early not wanting to deal with the issue, worry about our well being and possibly ending up taking them home. We did take precautions when we arrived home. You might consider replacing the shower cloth curtain. It had nasty stains on it. Our experience at your unit was not pleasant and unit will not recommended.

Mildew smells

I’m giving this condo a 2 star for location ONLY, i recommend this complex and area. After arriving we smelt mildew throughout the condo, we notice Black mold on the vents and contacted the owner and was told “she doesn’t believe us” so she will send her maintenance crew out they show up take pictures and CONFIRM it’s mold, I messaged the owner but she never replied back. instead she gave her maintenance man my number and he contacted me and said he was coming to measure the vents to replace them, when he pulls the vents off BLACK particles fall out off the vents ALL OVER our bedding and belongings (I had to PAY to wash and replace my things) and our food on the counter I again messaged the owner and she tells me “she didn’t know the mold was there” and has the maintenance man come back and change our sheets but that’s it NEVER came and changed the vents! the “cleaners” aren’t keeping a very good eye on the place if mold is growing and the owners “didn’t know” the owners didn’t even goes a simple as refunding ANY of my paid amount, to replace and clean up the mess her crew left.

We loved location and condo but blankets supplied were dirty so we did not use them also blood? On backside of curtains. When leaving looked under bed for anything that might have gotten under it and found numerous things dirt, cleanse bottle and a sock none that belonged to us. But we really enjoyed our time there. They might want to do a little better cleaning

Our stay was amazing!

The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The pool was right next to our room and the beach was right across the street! We love Destin and had an amazing time! The owner Amber was so nice and so helpful!
