The manager prefers to use Whats App for communication and her english is patchy. They were slow to respond to concerns and when we were out of TP and papertowels we got no response on Whats app. Confusing to keep track of Whats app, texting and emails. Wish the colored lights on the outside of the building turned off at night. ...

„This place was wonderful! The communication was excellent and anytime we had questions, they were answered immediately. Very friendly too! They made check in and check out very smooth and easy. Everything we needed was there! Lots of towels, extra sheets, even shampoo and conditioner with lots of soap! We felt very safe and the parking was easily accessible. „Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. „Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!“
