It is on the 40th floor so it takes 2-5 minutes for the elevator to arrive. Room had a really bad ant problem, i suggest not bringing back food. „The booking of this property was easy and the host (Precious) was very attentive to messages. I had read several posts that room pictures were sometimes not actual the rooms on Philippine rental listings. I reached out to Precious prior to and she assured me it was the actual unit pictured, and it was. The unit was clean and stocked with anything you would need for cooking or relaxing.
