„Myla is very nice and she keeps a beautiful garden. My only complaints are I was only given one bath towel and there wasn’t any extra to be found in the unit. I didn’t want to go upstairs to ask as it was very late when I discovered it. Also, the temperature was a bit cold for me and I didn’t see a thermostat. However, I’d stay again and just make sure I requested another towel and come with warmer clothing. Her house is very close to my best friend’s, and I visit a couple times a year.“

The house is very pretty, easy to get to, and has access to insta-cart and restaurants close by (I say this only because there are parts of Lake Anna that have nothing close by). „After months of back in forth on wedding venues, we decided on a small wedding weekend at Lake Anna with our immediate families. There were 17 of us in total and we could not have been more pleased with the stay. The house has everything you could possibly need and the property is such a gem. 10/10 experience and I'd highly recommend renting this place out for a trip with family or friends!“

When we stayed there was construction on both sides (the only downfall of trip)- otherwise, fantastic spot, great fishing and would return!“

Saturday we had some other friends join us for food on the water and it was the most relaxing setting for us to reset and connect. „Very pretty Property. Comfortable, Welcoming, and spacious. The beds and pillows very comfy and nice. Beautiful views. Kitchen has everything needed. We loved the fire place and fire pit. One tip would be to have more information about how the all TV's work - Instructions on starting the gas fire place, fixing the ice machine, and the one burner on the stove would be a plus and having all light fixtures working upon arrival. There is also lots of nature to view as we saw a beaver on the property and many birds and deer. Overall, very beautiful experience. „Base Camp D was once again the perfect gathering place for our family Thanksgiving celebration. The kids took over the basement (and hot tub) while the adults visited upstairs. Sitting on the porch next to the heater was perfect for reading, meditating, and intimate conversations. Our only glitch was the breaker throwing twice but maintenance came right away. „Getting to and from the lakehouse was a breeze, the location was perfect. Check-In was seamless and so was communcation with the property manager. The house had everything you'd need for the most part, plent of space for everyone to enjoy their time. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming, could use a power washing as it was littered with spiders. „Our friends have been getting away once a year for the past 20 years and your home provided us with a relaxing and cozy home on the lake with beautiful views. There were some minor issues with breakers needing to be reset several times (primarily for the kitchen) and the breakers in the breaker box (behind the downstairs refrigerator) were not labeled.
