„What a hidden gem The Annex, Rose Cottage is. Perfectly situated if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life! Nancy & Paddy are very welcoming hosts on hand to offer local knowledge on the best pubs to visit, walks to take or supply any small thing you may have forgotten.

„Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & all was excellent but balcony doors jammed leaving small gap with guest having to get back in lounge through window . Contacted help which meant young man arrived promptly & managed to close door but this prevented the use of the balcony during our stay.
Single bed duvet rather thick & heavy, otherwise all good.“

„Good location for accessing North Devon although many of the coastal towns were very much faded glory.The accommodation was a room in a private house which was quite noisy at times. Jenny was there at check in but we didn't encounter anyone at all during the 4 days of our stay. A room information pack with suggestions for days out, places to eat etc. would be useful.“
