„Beautiful rooms in the woods with many opportunities for walking and seeing birds. But regarding service and breakfast not what you would expect of this type of hotel. Breakfast is basic. Staff are friendly and doing their job. Missed a more personal or famial approach. Staff member told us to be at the entrance of the hotel at 5.50 in the morning to watch birds with him, but did not show up.“

„Rooms are clean but have no heating option and this is part of Ecuador where it's normal for 16-18 degrees C high during the day. As a result - you have to wear layers even when inside your room due to the open concept what most windows are nets only.
