"The rooms were clean; however, housekeeping was only provided upon request, which is not as seamless as in many other hotels where it happens automatically. The breakfast buffet was decent overall. There were a few European options available, but it was predominantly focused on Asian cuisine. In addition, while it was possible to charge food and drinks from the bar and restaurant to the room, these charges had to be settled on the same day rather than being billed at the end of the stay, which was somewhat inconvenient."

"Sehr gutes Familien Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und sehr hilfsbereitem Personal. Man ist sehr gut umsorgt. 24h Service für Essen aufs Zimmer liefern und Reception. Auf Wünsche wird umgehend eingegangen. Speisen können nach Wahl geändert werden. Zimmer sind guter Standard und sauber. Poolanlage mit Service ist super. Der Strand ist ok aber nicht so toll. Massagen sind super und sehr zu empfehlen. bin das 4. mal da."
