„Great location nearest excellent eateries on Crossing Street and fun shops. Wonderful sweet room. Only complaints is there was this creepy light that shined over the bed for a few minutes when you turned out the light --super creepy and the people in the house above us came in very late, like 2am, creeking about so awoken and for some of us, it's hard to go back to sleep. Wash available if your mid trip and need to wash your things. Super convenient and cozy. “

„Nice hotel. Hotels.com said « free breakfast «  but it is actually a $15 per person credit and this may not cover a full breakfast. We also had to follow up and make sure the credit was applied. The fee for parking was unclear on the reservation as well and was $29 per night. The staff was very friendly and it was very comfortable and quiet with a wonderful riverwalk behind.“

„The staff was very welcoming and professional and met all of our needs. The room was large and well appointed. The hotel is well located in the Pearl District and close to major routes to get around the city. breakfast that was included with more than adequate. Valet parking was very highly priced at $55 a day, we found street parking instead. We would recommend this hotel if you’re going to Portland.“
