This property needs plenty of TLC. I was surprised at the condition of many things starting with the elevator. I can’t say that it was the neatness or cleanliness that am accustomed to seeing in this brand hotel. It was however a comfortable sleep at best. We did double check on the check out time and were reassured we had the time correct. In both of the rooms we rented we were bothered not once but twice by housekeeping. That’s really aggravating since we planned accordingly. In addition to that the staff is not knowledgeable and could use more of acustomer centric approach with the delivery of information and the entire check in process. It’s sad to see this hotel going in this direction. I remember staying at this location least 4-5 times over the last 20+ years. This experience tells me it is not going to be around much longer, but I hope I wrong. Maybe improvements will come with the new developments in the area.
