The space:
This Flexhome is situated in one of Milwaukee's most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. Architectural features include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, arched windows, and city skyline views. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole).

The space comfortably sleeps two with a comfy queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Location:
- In the heart of the historic brewery district and connected to the iconic Pabst sign spanning Juneau Ave

- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University

Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $25/day (and increases during events)
- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit
House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $40 charge for unreturned keys, $100 charge for unreturned fob
