The cottage was very clean, modern, and felt like we were right at home! * Our only negative would be that the wifi was extremely slow so it was hard to connect the TV streaming services and use our phones. „We loved our one night stay, was everything we needed. A simple but sweet three room place, kitchen/living, bedroom & bathroom. Very clean, mini-split AC worked great, bathroom has a tub shower that worked as expected. Didn’t use the cooking facilities but all looked in good shape and there’s plenty of dishes and cutlery etc. Only thing we would change is some better signage or directions, had a bit of a tricky time finding the room place on our first try! Furthermore we never got any feedback on our questions. No communication at all; this is an inapropriate way to deal with problems. We don‘t recommend the Avonlea Forest Hill Cottages. „We stayed at this property for a couple nights while in PEI with our toddler. This house is very close the airport (10 minutes drive), and it is in a very quiet neighborhood. We didn’t hear any noise at night and our child slept well. We were able to drive to anywhere we wanted to visit. The house is overall very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. „The location was great, next to the beach and sports fields. The apartment was decorated nice but don't let the pictures in the ads fool you because but it's old and smells terrible, very musty. I immediately started looking for somewhere else to stay when I checked in because of the smell but there was nothing else available. The host let me know that her big dehumidifier had broken and there was a replacement on the way but it took until day 3 to get the replacement and the new one definitely ...

„My son and I spent four nights in this charming home and cannot recommend it more highly. It was close to downtown and a perfect jumping off point for all parts of PEI. It was also lovely to just stay in and read or play games, looking out at the water and the lively district park. I hope we can come back and stay again! A+++ P.S. Great communication by April!“
