I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years and plan to stay there again in the future. The customer services is excellent and they have a great breakfast compared to what you get in most hotels, even those that cost more. I find the stay comfortable and that it meets my needs.

But we had some issues with room card keys 'de-activating' and needing repeated reprogramming, plus the front desk wasn't typically occupied – so we had a few times when help wasn't available. ...
