„Host was responsive and the property was just close enough to enjoy laconia without a huge price premium. Its a simple cabin, but it did what we needed it to do. Gravel parking lot is not the best for motorcycles if i had to leave constructive feedback. Would rent again.“

House was clean and perfect for the 6 of us - including 2 children. Host was communicative and helpful upon arrival.“

Being just minutes from the track made it easy to attend all the events while still having a personal and quiet place to stay at the end of a long day. It is clean and in a beautiful, quaint neighborhood with a sliver of a view of Shellcamp Pond which is just a short walk away. We cannot recommend this property enough for anyone who is attending races at NHMS, events in Concord ...

We enjoyed walking the rail trail, watching ducks by the dock, passing snowmobiles, and playing puzzles/games. Highly recommend for a family getaway. We would definitely stay again.“
