„Ich hatte nicht aufgepasst und bin von einem ensuite Buchung ausgegangen. Es gab aber nur einen Waschbecken im Zimmer. Toilette und Dusche waren am Gang und mussten geteilt werden. Am zweiten Tag war ich etwas verblüfft als eine weibliche Gast barfuss zum Frühstück kam.“

„Lovely room and friendly staff. Good food in restaurant. Although we new we were staying above a busy pub on a Saturday night and expected some noise but not a DJ night. It sounded that his speaker's were right under our room so no sleep because of the noise until very late.“

„Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena . Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut . Great communication though and excellent overall . Would stay again for sure.“

„Easy check-in and friendly staff showing me to my room and instructing me to let him know if there was anything I required during my stay. Room, which is separate to the main pub, was adequate in size and facilities with a very good shower in the bathroom. The hotel is close to the market square where there is a good choice of restaurants, shops and cafes, and it's easy to find breakfast if you decide not to have it in the hotel. It's also only a short 10-15 minute walk to the lower town with ...

„Close to the station and town centre so easily walkable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded on arrival- and the room was lovely! Great that it has a gym and spa treatments on site too.“

„The reception looks more like a helpdesk as many people passing by for the gym. The hotel spa is crowded as many locals use it. There was no space in the sauna. Breakfast does not have a big choice. Rooms are nice and comfy.“

„Classy Hotel in an 18th Century Georgian architectural landmark which was saved by the Hotel Company. Went there first on a rushed business trip and went back half a year later to enjoy it finally with my partner. The pool is warm and not exactly for a sporty swimmer, but is nice with the opportunity to swim outdoors. Beds and Breakfast are excellent and up to the price. After finding the south of England more and more crowded, the Peak District is an area I was happy to discover.“
