The home is one of the oldest structures nestled in Millbrook, AL. Millbrook is a quaint little town with a lot of historical significance. Situated between the bigger cities of Prattville and Wetumpka, the town is easily accessible with all modes of transport.

It is located just off Hwy 14 and sits approximately 15 minutes north of Montgomery.

The town has a host of amenities and services. Shops, restaurants, and bars are also nearby.

The entire property is exclusively yours — all three homes — without interruption during your stay.

There is plenty of parking, and your group can park at all three homes. The MAIN HOUSE has a semicircle driveway in front, with four to five stairs up to the front door. The COTTAGE and CABIN share a separate driveway, divided from the main house drive by a white picket fence: the cottage sits behind the main house beside the pool, one step up to its door, and the cabin is at the far back right with a carport and a level entry.

Each home has its own electronic smart lock. Your codes are released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

THE HOMES
This listing is the entire property: all three homes, sleeping up to 22. Main House: 5 bedrooms, four to five stairs to the door. Cottage: beside the pool, sleeps up to 4, one step up. Cabin: far back right, sleeps up to 6, level entry, king bed in a loft up a narrow spiral staircase that can be slick in socks. Each home has its own kitchen, laundry and smart lock. The property is nearly 200 years old, and outdoor walkways can be uneven or slick.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 22 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• Fireplaces are not for use
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock each home's door every time you leave. The locks do not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

POOL SAFETY (please read before anyone gets in)
The pool is seasonal: open May 1 through September and closed October through April. It is not heated. Swimming hours are 8 am to 9 pm.
• A parent or responsible adult must supervise children at the pool at all times. An older child is not a substitute for a parent. With a group this size, agree who is watching the water
• Drowning happens quickly and quietly; if a child goes missing, check the pool first
• No lifeguard is on duty. Guests swim at their own risk and assume all liability for pool use
• Keep the self-closing, self-latching gate closed and latched. Never prop it open
• The ring buoy and rescue hook are emergency equipment, not toys. Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse
• The pool is 4 feet deep throughout. No diving
• Keep children away from drains, pipes and other openings. No pets in the pool and no glass near the pool
• Pool rules are also posted on the fence and in your house manual. Know the property address in case you need emergency services

PARKING
Plenty of parking at all three homes. Main house: semicircle driveway in front. Cottage and cabin: a separate driveway, divided by a white picket fence, with a carport at the cabin.

PETS
Please leash pets and clean up after them outdoors. Crate pets when left alone, keep them off beds and furniture, and keep them out of the pool. Service animals are always welcome, with no fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team. Because of the size of this property, early check-in and late checkout are not offered on same-day turnovers.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C in each home. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.
