This is a 1/2 acre property with 3 units. You have access to the entire upper floor of the duplex (main house,) including your own exclusive deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, an outdoor hot tub, a fire pit, and side garden with comfortable lounge, all with spectacular mountain views.

The upper level of the duplex uses a separate driveway and entrance from the lower level.
