„The Turning Point stay was excellent in every respect. We had a large group (11) and all had great sleeping locations, some with ensuite bathrooms, all in short distance to them. Kitchen was awesome for large group cooking and service. Nothing lacking! Location great for Great Barrington attractions, Guthrie Center, Breweries, food markets, Appalachian Trail hiking a 5 minute drive. Host Mike is very welcoming and responsive to any questions. We would definitely come to stay again!“

„Instructions from the host were a little strict, however personal communications with her were terrific. Could have used better insight into the number and operations of the thermostats, television operation and available service. A few lightbulbs out on the porche and in kitchen. Kitchen drain need repaired, but that has already been verbally communicated to the host. In spite of all that, we would most definitely stay there again. Thank you Andrea.“

The townhouse they upgraded us to without an up charge (due to the cleaning person being unable to clean the unit as she was ill) was spacious, clean, and provided a lot of amenities. The only slight negative was the unit smelled a bit musty, nothing a scented candle couldn't fix, and it could use some updating but the location was great, management was great, and we felt very safe. The views from the cottage were really beautiful, and we took several pictures.
