The location was in close proximity to 3 quaint New England small towns whose downtowns had many restaurants and local shops to enjoy-Great Barrington (GB Eats for breakfast), Stockbridge (best shopping) and Lenox (exceptional dinner at Frankie’s Italian). The house looked updated on the outside but inside looked like early 1900s with a hint of Victorian influence. My only caution is for anyone with mobility issues as all 3 bedrooms and the only (very small) ...

„House was the central place for our daughter’s wedding. The Great room was perfect for her and her maid of honor to get ready as well as enough bedrooms for everyone to sleep. House could have been cleaner outside and yard better kept. Also would have loved lights outback so we could have hung out there or at the fire pit. Master bathroom shower had a leak, water running down to the entrance way by the stairs.“

„This was a delight! The charming, rustic exterior belies the clean, modern interior. This tiny house had all the essentials and more. The decor was comfortable and smart looking. „Location was excellent! Everything in walking distance, and short drive to Tanglewood, The bedroom and shower are a small space but clean. Very comfortable living room space. Kitchenette small but manageable. Unfortunately the tray for the toaster oven was gross and stuck to the top of the toaster oven. Toaster oven itself was usable. Nice place to stay for a weekend but any longer could be a little uncomfortable. Outdoor grounds were beautiful! “

„We had the most lovely stay and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The cottage is beautifully decorated in the style of a classic lakeside cottage and like the name suggests - a cozy place to rest. The owners communicated all the necessary details. Highly recommend shopping at the Big Y in Lee. They had everything we needed including MA wood for the fire pit. “
