„My family and I stayed June 2025. House is very accurate to listing. Great pool, 3-4 blocks away from beach. Plenty of space for my wife and I, my 2 daughters and my father in law. Owners Jim and Patti were easy to contact and got back to you right away. “

„The location was wonderful, 3 blocks from the beach and a safe, clean neighborhood. The only issue was that in the kitchen my favorite room of the house, the counters have to be cleared off immediately after cooking, the sink cleaned and the custom made garbage bin should not be used because of the ants. Once I figured this out, the stay was perfect. The house was cozy and the vintage pinups were very entertaining to say the least. We loved our stay. Make sure you get your parking permit! “

The house had a great game room out back that our kids loved! Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and bikes, added a ton of convenience and fun to the trip!! “

„Lovely beach house!! Best of both worlds with it being about 1 min walk across the street to the bay “beach” side and amazing views from the back deck of the bay. We had no issues with bugs biting on beach or bay side. You can hear the waves when in the living/dining room when you open the windows in the morning and the sunsets off the back deck are amazing. The house is fully stocked with anything you could need including paper products, coffee, towels, beach chairs/toys etc. It’s 15 min drive ...
