We welcome you to this lovely flat in La Laguna de Mijas! Located only 10 minutes from the coast, it has a communal swimming pool, underground parking and all the necessary equipment for an excellent stay for 4 people. The flat is distributed as follows:
> Living-dining room: with warm lighting, it has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a Smart Tv with Netflix. On one side we have the dining area with a wooden table for four people with four comfortable chairs. On the other side, we have the exit to the balcony.
> Kitchen: American style, it is integrated to the dining area. It has everything necessary for a stay sharing delicious meals. It has an oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and more!
> Bedrooms: this flat has two beautiful bedrooms, the main one has a double bed with bedside tables on both sides, a built-in wardrobe, mirror and exit to the balcony. The second offers two single beds, with a bedside table in the middle.
> Bathroom: There are two modern bathrooms, both with standing shower with glass partition, toilet, washbasin and mirror.
> Balcony: The balcony has outdoor furniture to enjoy delicious breakfasts in the summer breeze.

A security deposit of €800 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 4 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 PM, and €60 until midnight. For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a €25 surcharge.
* We do not accept teenage groups or underage guests without adult supervision. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests booked. Additional towels are available at an extra cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Airport transfer available upon request – please inquire about availability and costs.
*The swimming pool is open only for certain months of the year (usually from May to October). Please confirm pool availability for your selected dates. Due to the drought, pool opening dates may be subject to change.
*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an extra charge of €24.20 per hour will apply.
