Best place ever

We spent three weeks with our family in this wonderful place where you have everything you need. The location of the house couldn't be better: spectacular view, only two steps to the promenade along the sea, walking distance to stores and good restaurants, close distance to Málaga.The house is well equipped with comfortable beds and if ever you miss anything, don't miss to ask in the office and they will help you within shortest time.We can only recommend this place!

Fantastic location

The villa is lovely with beautiful views across the Med. it is on the edge of a resort with lots of facilities within walking distance, some great restaurants and beach bars and supermarkets. The one downside is that the third bathroom is really just a cloakroom with a shower - there is nowhere to put any toiletries. The pool is great and there is a lovely veranda ideal for sitting with a glass of wine before dinner.

Fantastic place.

Superb, right on the waterfront with garden access to the beachside promenade. Can walk for many kms right or left. Number of restaurants within 3 min walk, some of the restaurants are good. Nice pool, loungers, ping pong, spacious terrace, conservatory. An ambassadors summer house as neighbour and if it’s good enough for him/her, it’s good enough for me.

Happy Family Holiday

Overall we enjoyed a very happy family holiday, in a lovely property that has garden access to the boardwalk and the beach. A few pieces of TLC would benefit the property no end, particularly the garden gate to access the boardwalk and beach being the main one. Also the interior door handles would love to have a squirt or two of WD40. Many thanks!

Disappointed

The location of this villa is where the positives end and even this is not exactly as described. The direct access to the beach is actually to the boardwalk not the beach and access is through a very rusted gate which is difficult to open. This area of beach is very rocky and not good for swimming or child friendly. The villa is very poorly maintained with failed glazing indoors and the ceiling had collapsed on the outdoor patio. Outdoor furniture was dirty and covered in mildew. The advertised BBQ is gas operated and the gas had run out. The air con is on a timer and no instructions were provide for operation. The timer switches are placed high on walls and can only be accessed by someone approximately 5ft 6in or above. The villa had not been properly cleaned and two beds were missing sheets. The Villa is advertised as having three bathrooms one of which is a shower room. What it fails to explain is that this shower room is no more than a cupboard and not within the villa but is accessed by passing through an outdoor courtyard and situated in the corner of a laundry room. Overall this villa is not value for money and does not provide the luxury experience I would have expected for the cost.
