Deer Crest 3127 is a luxurious, ski-in/ski-out private home located in the

gated Deer Crest neighborhood. It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two

half-bathrooms.



The main level features a full kitchen with a 10-person dining space,

breakfast nook, laundry room, living space with gas fireplace and large screen

TV, as well as access to a two-car garage. The first bedroom has a king bed

with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower

and a double sink. The second bedroom has two twin beds with an en suite

bathroom containing a combination tub/shower and double sink. Access to the

outdoor patio and fire pit is also from the main level.



The third bedroom, located on the upper level of the home, features a king

bed, fireplace, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a steam shower and

jetted tub. There is also a space for office use and a small seating area.



The lower level features a ski foyer with ski racks, lockers and direct access

to a ski run that connects to Deer Valley Resort. Additionally, a family room

with minibar, fireplace, game table, billiards table, large seating area,

private spa and patio are located on this level.



Two additional bedrooms are also found on the lower level. The fourth bedroom

has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom contains a king bed,

two twin-over-queen bunk beds and en suite bathroom. In addition, guests will

enjoy the private theater room, gym and second laundry room on this level.
