„Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. “

„We were welcomed by Linda personally and very lovingly everything was prepared for us. For the three of us the space was quite sufficient. Very pleasant to use. For our wishes Linda was helpful to us. it is very quiet and you have only short distances to the beach restaurants and shopping. Biking on the beach was a lot of fun for us. „I have always wanted to stay on the boardwalk in Newport Beach and this trip didn’t disappoint. We loved the location, the porch, the bikes and the large family room. Great experience.“

„The property is across the board walk from the beach, so couldn't be easier to enjoy the huge sands and ocean. The home itself has a terrific view with the beach side wall being all glass, with a glassed in balcony. Everything you need contained within, high beamed ceiling, comfy seating, and a fully contained kitchen. Our four footed family loved the walks on the beach before 10 and after 4:30. The views from the rooftop patio are just incredible - ocean, Queen Mary, downtown LB, Naples.The two master bedrooms on separate floors with expansive mirrored closets and fully tiled showers in the bathrooms are like having separate hotel suites. There are a lot of stairs but you get used to it. The bay and ocean are steps away in either direction and there’s a small market located right across the street.We loved it!“

"Schöner, großer Pool, gute Zimmer, guter Cappuccino, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zu Fuß zu Disney ca. 12 bis 15 Minuten. Machbar, aber wenn man Mittags am Pool eine Pause macht, hat man ca. 1h Fußweg, nur um zu Disney hin- und zurück zu gehen. War für uns ok, muss man aber wissen. Sehr schönes Hotel insgesamt betrachtet."

Das Personal - gerade das der Rezeption - ist leider desinteressiert und bei Problemen nicht wirklich hilfsbereit bzw. lösungsorientiert. Das Frühstück ist die 30$ ebenfalls nicht wert. Parken kostet 40$. Alternativen ums Hotel herum gibt es nicht. "

"Sehr gute Unterkunft, wenn man die beiden Disney Parks besuchen will. Man braucht zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten und kann das Auto beim Hotel stehen lassen. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch mit sehr viel süßen Sachen, aber ok, um in den Tag zu starten. Wir hatten zu viert ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett, das sehr groß war und durch eine Schiebetür vom anderen Zimmer getrennt war. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Besuch von Disney das Hotel in jedem Fall wieder nutzen."
