„Es gibt keine Rezeption, daher muss man vorab ein Foto des Reisepasses per Mail schicken und die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Dann bekommt man per Mail den Zugangscode für Außen- & Zimmertüre. Wenn man das überliest ( wie ich) und niemand erreichbar ist telefonisch von der Hotelverwaltung, hat man ein Problem .... Dieser Umstand könnte von hotels.com besser kommunizert werden ! The city center and mall were a short walk across the street. My 2-bedroom apartment was just as advertised in the pictures. I will most definitely stay here again when visiting Coventry.“

„I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days.
