It was clean… the bedding was fresh. It was stocked decent. I had a pet and she had fun zooming around the backyard. My girls enjoyed watching the tv and playing with the toys from the toy cabinet. „My family stayed here for our son’s fishing tournament at Saginaw Bay. Great place convenient to several boat ramps. Nice, quiet area but still very close to downtown Bay City. Had access to garage space, which was a pleasant surprise. My boys were able to stay dry while rigging poles when rain passed through the night before the tournament. Thanks again for allowing us to stay!“
