This property is the located on the bottom floor of a duplex home. You will have your own space. This property is for the budget focused traveler. Best suited for someone coming to town for a job - not necessarily a family vacation.

Get comfortable in our two bedroom unit, located in the bottom floor of a duplex. We have taken the time to decorate this unit to make you feel right at home, including using memory foam mattresses. One full bathroom features a shower/tub combo, cute and cozy eat-in kitchen, and ROKU TVs in both bedrooms. Need to do laundry, no problem. We have everything you need.
There is a cozy sitting area outside and we've recently installed security cameras in the back of the duplex.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!

• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
