„The building is in good shape and generally a really nice place to spent time in. The dedication of the staff to make your stay as comfortable and easy going as possible is what stood out to me. From the service personnel , event management to the bars and not to forget the entertainment team everyone is doing their best to make you feel welcome and appreciated. You should always have some tip money ready or you’ll regret. Can only recommend this place!“

Die Hotelanlage selber ist mit sehr viel Aufmerksamkeit auf Details gestaltet - man fühlt sich fast wie in einem Berghotel and der Rivieira mit vielen verschlungenen Pfaden. „At the beginning of our trip, we gave the staff and the swrvise 5 stars. Unfortunately this changed after 4 days. Apparently we hadn't tipped enough. At the pool the food was no longer brought to the table, you were called to pick it up. Also at dinner you had to ask for coffee and drinks in the 2nd half of your stay. Ovrr 170$ for a massage is definitely too expensive. Otherwise the food etc was good for the price.“

„The longlasting refurbishing seems to lack coordination and quality-control. A lot of minor issues regarding bad workmanship. One bartender/waiter on the lounge has no clue about service. Breakfast ist good.“
