„The building is in good shape and generally a really nice place to spent time in. The dedication of the staff to make your stay as comfortable and easy going as possible is what stood out to me. From the service personnel , event management to the bars and not to forget the entertainment team everyone is doing their best to make you feel welcome and appreciated. You should always have some tip money ready or you’ll regret. Can only recommend this place!“

„The longlasting refurbishing seems to lack coordination and quality-control. A lot of minor issues regarding bad workmanship. One bartender/waiter on the lounge has no clue about service. Breakfast ist good.“

„I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile.
