„This apartment was very clean and well-stocked. It was comfortable and cozy. It is in a great location in the center of Connecticut, a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We went on the hiking path just minutes from the front door. We went to Massachusetts, NYC, and Rhode Island, all were a hour and half or less away. In the backyard, we ate in the covered patio and sat around the firepit. There were top-notch grocery stores or dining options within five miles. Our host was responsive and caring. “

„I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. “

„This is an artfully restored third floor of an old house. Very clean and very well maintained. The doors are locked with an app and with a keypad and that felt very safe— not like some places where you wonder how many people have copies of the key or the lockbox code! You should know, it is small and the furniture is all to scale- small bed (maybe a queen size? Maybe full?) small table, small living room chairs, etc. It was nice for one person. Also the stairs are super steep and narrow, ...

„The rental was beautiful and clean. We stayed here for a concert at the toyota center right down the road. The best part was the deer around the back of the property. A fair warning there isn’t much cook wear in the kitchen, no toaster and the pans were old and stained which made things burn. Other than that an amazing rental and location. “

„We had an excellent stay at the property. It was clean, had new appliances, was in great condition with a nice outside deck and yard. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was as advertised. „The studio apartment is in a very convenient location. It is a lovely walk to Yale. Many restaurants just outside the door. My friends, who joined me for a meal, found parking easily. It was a plus having use of a parking pass for Dwight Street. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. We also loved being able to bring our two small pups with us. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. “
