„The place was MUCH bigger than the photos show! It was immaculately clean. I never heard any sounds from the horses or people downstairs and I was there at different times of the day and evenings. It is probably one of the best stocked homes I’ve visited. Tracy has every type of shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpastes, deodorant, sunscreens you can imagine! If you forget something, it’s probably there if you need it. The kitchen is also very well stocked with supplies, teas, ...

„My family stayed together at this beautiful home while in town for my fathers funeral and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home had everything we needed, and the crib and kids’ toys made it especially great for the little ones.Mornings sipping coffee on the back patio while overlooking the pond were peaceful and exactly what we all needed. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and make some great memories as a family. We would absolutely stay here again!“

„The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. “

„This is a host who NEVER disappoints!! My family and I stayed at one of his other listings and it was amazing so I knew this was going to be the same experience! Located on the Westside of Jacksonville means you will be close to everything and more! The animal theme in the house was great, hot hot water for the shower and comfy bed! Not overly decorative but felt like home. I could go on forever but if you're looking for comfort, safety and relaxation this is your home! Thank you Geoff and Kat ...
