„This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating without you even having to ask for help. We visited for the first time to celebrate our mini moon a free our wedding and they gave us a free room upgrade to a suite. They also surprised us with a complementary bottle of champagne to our room and they even had complementary transportation available within a 5 mile radius of the resort. „Das Hotel wirkt "abgewohnt". Fleckige und stark abgenutzte Möbel in der Lobby. Das Lüftungsgitter im Bad war "verkeimt" mit Staub und Flusen. Die Managerin hat uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.... selber Zustand. Sie hat dann das Lüftungsgitter reinigen lassen und uns mit "free breakfast" entschädigt. Das Hotel war voll mit Teenagern (Große Reisegruppen7Ferien?), die tropfend nass und barfuß durch die Lobby getobt sind. Insgesamt scheint dieses Hotel einfach mangelhaft geführt zu sein.“

„I was looking for a dog-friendly place where I could decompress after more than 24 hours of travel with my two energetic dogs and where there was parking and enough room bc I had to add a trailer to my car. I had several questions before I arrived, and the owners were very responsive. Once there, there were a few minor issues, and the owner responded very timely and with solutions. „This just what we wanted. This is a great location and the management company is very proffesional. They advertised 3 nearly identical units, but the pictures of the unit we booked did not match to the unit. It was not the furnishings, it was the location and sizes of the windows that told us that you get a random unit.“

„When I booked the VRBO, the photo's and the actual place did not match. The apartment was on a very busy road with sirens and traffic all day and into the late evenings. The shower in the guest bath did not work properly and it never was fixed although we asked twice. The washer for clothes did not work. Overall, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend the apartment that was "assigned" to us from the management company. It is not a VRBO by owner.“

„We are originally from the area and were in town to visit family for the holidays. We were in unit a corner unit on the sixth floor. It unit was nice, clean, minimally furnished, and had only 2 seats at the kitchen counter (no table and chairs). Good thing our son wasn't with us. Unlike what it states on the back of the door, it does NOT automatically lock. You need to hold the FOB to the lock. Good thing we check the first time we went out. „I had to come out for work in the area and needed a comfortable place so my wife could work from home. The stay was exactly what we needed and then some. Excellently furnished and equipped for a comfortable lengthy stay. The apartment was clean and any issues we had were dealt with in a timely manner. The area has tons of options for any meal of the day and it's all walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. We would definitely love to stay here again if the opportunity comes up. “
