„We had a very quiet relaxing time. Even a power outage made for a more romantic evening. Everything worked and was easy to use. Comfy couch and bed. The busiest thing we did was watch the clouds go by. “

„Very clean, well looked after, home-away-from-home with lots of kitchen utensils, an iron, a supply of milk and tea/coffee, lovely outlook of trees, carport, clothes lines, ceiling fans and aircon, flowers in every room. Loved it.“

„Location was good and amenities great. Some issues with taking our dogs which impacted on holiday so I would say go with no pets. “

„We had the most amazing time at the Clarendon Forest Retreat. We stayed in the Sanctuary house. The peace and quiet, sitting looking over the hills in the afternoon, and relaxing in the hot tub was so what we needed. Also, one of the highlights was when we were in the local corner shop, we were sharing with the lady at the cash register that we were staying at the Clarendon Forest Retreat and the gentleman behind us was the builder of the house! We highly recommend this place! “

„Well equipped with everything you could need including kayaks and supps and outdoor cricket! A fantastic pick for families, located on the creek and only a short walk into town.“

„The property was great, really well set up for a weeks holiday with everything at your finger tips. We took our dog and it was fantastic with a good backyard and a couple of mins walk to the beach for puppy fun!“

„Our stay at the Simple Patch was wonderful. Everything about the cottage is so considered, from the huge comfy bed, to the picturesque windows, and the convenience of a well-appointed kitchen. the cottage was private and comfortable, but we loved having the opportunity to bring our young daughter down to the homestead to meet the pony and feed the chickens - a great experience that added to our stay. The location is a very short drive from Wingham town centre, so we got to enjoy the quiet of the ...

"I only stayed there for one night but I would have stayed longer. The owner was super nice and helpful with lots of recommendations on what do to and where to eat. Just a very lovely woman. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The room had everything you need for a few days stay. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay there again if I‘m back in the area. "

"Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen…! Das Lichtkonzept ist schrecklich, alles grelles weißes Licht. Nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt und das Richtung Pool bekommen, wo morgens die Kinder rumtoben… es hat uns nicht besonders gut gefallen."

"😃 - Freundliches Personal - Schöner, gepflegter Swimmingpool - Gute Parkmoeglichkeit - geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung ☹️ - Aschenbecher neben der nicht isolierten Eingangstuer, dadurch Geruchsbelaestigung im Zimmer. - schlechte Isolierung insgesamt der Fenster und Türen. Folglich hohe Lautstärke im Zimmer durch andere Gäste und von Fahrzeugen. "

"Being honest, Nambucca Heads was "just" a one night stop-over on my way from Sydney to Brisbane, but I could not have chosen any better place. I loved to walk "The V Walk" which is just aside the holiday park and leads to the beautiful small Wellington Beach. Furthermore, I recommend a breakfast at "The Alofa Sands Surf Club Cafe" which offers a stunning view onto the Main Beach."
