Ich musste meinen Koffer (über 20kg) in den dritten Stock allein schleppen. Anstatt der 35 EUR habe ich 5obwohl ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht habe) 46 EUR pro Nacht bezahlt. Frühst¨ck kostet extra.. Nachts konnte man kaum einschlafen, weil von draussen ein permanentes lautes Brummen kam...“

„I paid for 2 nights this was changed to one night for the same price! I ended up having to find another place to stay on the Saturday. I got a partial refund which did not cover the original 1 night stay so ended up paying more and then still having to book a room elsewhere. The “spacious” room was a bedroom in a shared flat it was clean enough but was in a dreary housing estate with nothing nearby.“
