XL Beachwalk Resort for 18, Fire Pit & Pool Access

Located in Beachwalk Resort, a private lakeside community on the edge of Lake Michigan, this spacious retreat is made for memory-making. With over 4,000 sq ft of open living space, two king suites, and room to sleep up to 18 guests, it’s perfect for big families, group getaways, or multi-generational trips done right.

The main level is thoughtfully designed for gathering. The gourmet kitchen steals the show with an oversized 12’ x 4’ island that’s perfect for pancakes in the morning, snacks between beach trips, or wine-and-chat in the evening.

The open-concept living area flows right from the kitchen and includes a comfy sectional with room for the whole crew, dining for 12, a smart TV, a game table, and a gorgeous double-sided gas fireplace. A whole-home smart system makes it easy to control lighting, music, and temperature, and fast WiFi reaches every corner of the house (inside and out).

Set Sail comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests, with all bedrooms located on the second floor:

The finished basement is great for movie nights, games, and downtime, with a large-screen TV, full-size ping pong table, a kids’ book library, and a full bathroom, so no one has to run upstairs mid-movie.

Outdoor Living

The screened back porch might just become your favorite spot. Overlooking the tree line, it’s one of the largest porches in the resort and perfect for morning coffee or late-night laughs. Enjoy the double-sided fireplace, TV, ceiling fans, ambient lighting, a dining table for 12, and comfy lounge seating.

Out back, you’ll find a private brick patio with a gas fire pit, ideal for s’mores and storytelling. A gas grill is available for easy cookouts, with propane refills delivered by the Beachwalk Vacation Rentals office when needed. The front porch is just as inviting, with classic rocking chairs and a front-row seat to the friendly, laid-back energy of this walkable resort community.

The seasonal amenities at Beachwalk Resort are truly one-of-a-kind along Lake Michigan. With your guest wristband, you'll enjoy access to the following between Memorial Day & Labor Day (some amenities open year round, please ask!).
Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Maximum occupancy: 18 guests
No parties or events
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No smoking or vaping inside the home or on screened porches
Primary renter must be 25+ and stay at the home during the visit
No pets permitted
No fireworks

Our on-site management office right inside the resort is available to help whenever you need it - open every day during the Summer, with on-call emergency assistance available overnight. Set Sail joins our Beachwalk Vacation Rentals collection beginning in late Summer, 2026.
