Access instructions will be provided 2 days prior to your arrival.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

• Single-Level Living: The entire home is on one level.
• Bedroom 1: King bed.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: Futon.
• Kitchen: Equipped with all appliances, microwave, coffee maker, and basic spices/oil.
• Bathroom: Tub/shower combo.



Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

• Coffee: We provide 8-10 Keurig coffee pods and regular coffee grounds for the regular coffee maker.
• Firewood: A starter supply of firewood is available.
• Hot Tub Service: Our hot tub techs will check chemicals every 2-3 days, usually within 5 minutes, without disturbing you.
• Pre-arrival Form: Completion and agreement to rental conditions required prior to stay, including uploading ID.
