Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. „My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!“

„Great place for the family to hangout and spend quality time. We love our games and it was fun to play cornhole, pool and foosball. We also brought cards and games of our own and they had good tables to play on. Nice size dining room table for eating together.“

„Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants.“

„This house was perfect. We were in town for a softball tournament in Newberry. We were 20 minutes from the fields and the drive was very easy. Big plus, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes!! Feeding ball players after all day play is a plus!!“

„Good facility for all the family with 2.5 bathrooms. We loved the little coffee bar provided. Good location for shopping as not far from Butler Plaza. Great, communicative host. Beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen had practically everything we needed. Everyone said they were very comfortable.“
