„방에 담배냄새 쪄들었음“

„I gave this stay one star for several reasons: Early-morning noise: We were woken up around 5:30–6:00 AM by continuous, loud mechanical noise. While it initially sounded like service trucks unloading, it turned out to be related to an on-site generator running. Power outage: Later that morning, between 7:00 and 7:30 AM, the entire hotel suffered a blackout. While power was restored after a few minutes, it added to a chaotic morning. Unprepared breakfast buffet: Even 30 minutes after breakfast ...

„Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, newly renovated rooms, amazing breakfast, free shuttle taxi to the Jiuzhaigou entrance. I highly recommend if you’re staying in Jiuzhaigou.“

„Friendly staff, and the good location. However, the street where the hotel is located is under the construction, therefore it was bit noisy and hard to access. Hopefully the construction finishes in time so the other guests will have better experience.“

„Reception area is stunning and can’t be faulted. But then the hotel lets down. Feels like it was a lovely hotel 30 year ago. The price is a lot for the area. Very nice departing gift. But unfortunately doesn’t make up for the tired and overpriced stay. “
