Guest Access:

Access is through the building’s front desk. Upon arrival, you must present your ID at the front desk.

The reservation holder and all accompanying guests must send their IDs at least 24 hours in advance to complete the pre-registration and ensure a smooth entry.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the World Center area of Downtown Miami, one of the city's newest and most vibrant districts. Just minutes from the bay, Bayside, Brickell, and the Kaseya Center, it's a perfect spot to enjoy restaurants, shops, and urban life. Ideal for travelers who want to be close to everything.



Getting Around:

Getting around the area is very easy. You're in the heart of Downtown Miami, with quick access to the Metromover, Metrobus, and nearby Brightline stations. Many restaurants, shops, and the bay are within walking distance. For longer trips, Uber and Lyft are fast and convenient options.



Other Things to Note:

The building does not include parking. However, valet parking is available for approximately USD 50 per day. Additionally, several public parking garages can be found just two blocks away from the building.
