Other Things to Note

- A $45 fee will be requested collected once you book. This fee is a registration fee required by the hotel.

- A picture ID from the main reservation applicant must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival. Additionally, you will be asked to fill out a background check that will be sent via a link - also required by the hotel. Lack of a complete building registration 72 hours before the check-in date or refusal will result in denied access to the condominium as per their policies.

- Guests are required to check-in at the front desk, and all persons checking in must provide their valid government ID. You will receive a key fob and key to your condo at the time of check-in (Must be returned to the front desk after checking-out).

- The hotel will only allow check-in with the reservation holder onsite.

-Valet parking is available for $35/night - this is paid at the front desk.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10 PM - 8 AM
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
-Check-in details, including property information, local recommendations and more to be accessed via our Guest Experience app. This can be accessed via the app store download, or web link.

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home s maximum occupancy for the first 3 days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00 PM.

Television Subscriptions Policy

Guests may not subscribe to premium TV or streaming services on the property s accounts. Pay-per-view and premium content can only be accessed using your own account and payment. Unauthorized charges will result in a fee to cover costs and administrative expenses.
