Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Ausstattung
Breakfast was tasty but limited. Practically the same thing daily. The shuttle is incredibly limited and what's shared online about the shuttle taking you to nearby attractions is false. When I arrived to Miami, I had to take a taxi to the hotel at US$44.00. The shuttle cut off at 5pm which is absolutely ridiculous. The bathroom in the bedroom was musty/smelled of mold. I did not receive room service during the 3 nights, 5 days I was there. When I checked about it on the 3rd day, I was told I'd receive the 4th day. I called them at 6:30pm on my 4th day after realizing they still did not come, & they didn't seem to realize I was skipped for service. They then told me I'd need to leave my room for 30 mins for them to clean which was absurd since I had just returned back to the hotel after an extremely long day. So I stayed there 5 days with no cleaning, and a room that kept me stuffy the entire time. I was unable to have breakfast on my last day due to how I was feeling.
