Designer 2BR - Little Havana - 5 min to Brickell

A design-led two-bedroom in Riverside, Little Havana: walnut, travertine and brass, two queen bedrooms with doors, in-unit laundry, smart-lock entry, first floor, no stairs. Walk to the Miami River dock-and-dine row (Garcia's, Casablanca, Seaspice, Kiki), to Nicaraguan fritanga at Pinolandia, and to cafecito windows where coffee is still under $2. Brickell in 5 minutes, the beach in 15, MIA in 15.

THE SPACE
We furnished this apartment ourselves, room by room, because we were tired of the grey-sofa Airbnb. Every inch of wall space was thought through on purpose (the slat panels run the full 94 inches floor to ceiling), and nothing here is an afterthought. TVs are mounted where they're actually useful, the furniture is modular, and the whole layout was designed to get the most out of a compact two-bedroom footprint. The palette runs walnut, terracotta, olive and ivory with travertine and brass accents: warm and organic, with a little mid-century and a lot of Miami.

Living room: deep sofa with ivory and sage throws, a walnut slat wall with dimmable LED light bars, travertine side tables, and a bar for three.

The Green Wall Room: the larger bedroom, with a deep green accent wall, natural wood headboard, arched mirror, queen bed, and a desk under the wall-mounted smart TV.

The Panel Room: the cosier bedroom, with a green velvet channel headboard framed by lit wood slat panels, queen bed, black nightstands, and a smart TV. Blackout curtains in both rooms.

Kitchen, laundry and bath: full kitchen with stove, microwave, Keurig, toaster, blender and dishes for five, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. Wifi runs 300 Mbps. One full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, black fixtures and terrazzo vanity.

Two queen bedrooms sleep 4. The living-room sofa is a stack of 2 mattresses that convert into a king-width sofa bed, about 78 inches of sleeping length, so a fifth guest gets a real bed rather than an air mattress.

GUEST ACCESS
The whole apartment is yours. Self check-in any time after 4 pm with your own keypad code, generated fresh for your stay; checkout by 11 am. First floor, no stairs, no elevator. Parking is free street parking on NW 3rd St and the surrounding blocks: no permit, no meter, no assigned spot.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a real Miami neighborhood, not a resort. Expect some street sound in the evenings and an early-morning cafe crowd. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am, no parties or events, no smoking anywhere on the property, no pets. Primary renter must be 18 or older. Children are welcome when staying with a parent or guardian. Max 5 guests. We're an experienced hosting team with other homes in Chicago and Miami and answer fast, in English or Spanish.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We're in Riverside, on the eastern edge of Little Havana. Ten to fifteen minutes on foot puts you on the Miami River dock-and-dine row. Pinolandia does Nicaraguan fritanga about nine minutes away, with cafecito windows and corner markets within a couple of blocks. Calle Ocho proper (Domino Park, Ball and Chain) is about a mile and a half. Brickell 5 minutes, Downtown and Bayside 5, Wynwood 7, MIA 15, Miami Beach 15 to 20. Jackson Memorial and UHealth are 5 minutes for anyone here on an appointment.
