Storniert worden als wir schon vor der Türe standen

Wir standen schon vor der Türe und haben ins gewundert, dass niemand da war und telefonisch niemand zu erreichen war. Auf eine Email von uns hat er dann irgendwann geantwortet ,dass er unsere Buchung storniert.Woraufhin sofort eine Stornierung von FEWO DIREKT kam Toll , abends ,irgendwo in Miami steht man dann da , ohne Unterkunft mit 4 Personen. Nicht einmal ans Telefon ist er gegangen. Da es kurz vor Silvester war, waren Hotels sehr schwer zu finden und extrem teuer und eine Ferienhaus wie wir es gebucht hatten war natürlich nicht mehr zu bekommen. Sehr unprofessionell Vermieter. !!!!!!!Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to stay!

We were required by work to be in the area for several different work events over the course of a month. As co workers this worked out great as it worked out to be less than 2 standard hotel rooms and gave us the opportunity to spread out and have comforts of home. The host was amazing and was always quick to respond if we had questions or concerns! We hope to be back next year!

Visit to University of Miami

The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We always felt safe. It is a cute little house that was perfect for our visit. The owner adds so many nice touches to welcome you, a bottle of wine and snacks. We didn't really cook anything but used the microwave, Keurig and dishwasher. All worked well. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is very cozy. The home is nicely decorated and feels very inviting. The beds are comfortable. We arrived earlier than the check in time and the property manager did accommodate us and allowed us early entry. The only draw back was the stove wasn’t working.

Adorable place at beautiful Miami Springs!

My husband and 2 kids age 7 and 9 had a wonderful time at Melrose Cottage! Beautiful renovated inside and gorgeous open kitchen. We enjoyed the lush backyard. Across the street my kids enjoyed exploring the canal for lizards. Very central located to all major tourist destinations and 10 mins away to the Miami airport Nataline was very helpful and reply quickly to any of our questions. We would definately will be back:)!

We’ll definitely be back!

The property was centrally located. It has a cozy feel to it and it was impeccably clean. The hosts are AMAZING! The oven wasn’t working for me and 40 minutes later, there was a mini oven on the doorstep. The stay was enjoyable for all of us and we will definitely be staying with Nataline again.
