Great location for National Parks
We were looking for somewhere that was centrally located to the Everglades and Biscayne Bay plus had enough beds for our family to fit comfortably and this townhouse fit the bill perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped, the check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the beds were comfortable. I also especially appreciated the fact that we didn't need to strip sheets/ etc on check out, I feel like some VRBO's I've stayed at recently have extensive requirements in addition to pricey cleaning fees and it makes check out morning super stressful! Just a note, this is likely not the place for you if you are planning on hanging out at the house with your full party for long periods of time. There is a rooftop terrace that is lovely, but the common area/ kitchen is fairly small considering the number of bed/ people the house will fit. This was not at all an issue for us as we were out and about all day during our stay, but could impact other groups.
