Friend getaway—would stay again

Overall was a nice place for our trip. We enjoyed the beach access and pool. It matches the listing and they quickly responded when reached out to. Check in required more help than we’d prefer and was at times complicated. They are not located along the Broadwalk!

Terrible !!! Place has mold and worn down plus vents terribly full of dust lots of it !!! Place was dirty upon arrival 9u must No longer be rented until they renovate and clean all mold and vents !!!!

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The condo was clean and centrally located. The kitchen was lacking in a few utensils, ice maker not working. The agent never showed up when we arrived to show us how things worked not when we left. However we were very satisfied with the unit and our overall stay

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Everything was very clean and exactly how it looked in pictures. Very spacious. Lots of towels, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs! Marcelo was an amazing host. He is always available for any questions. I will definitely be returning to this property and would recommend it to anyone interested! A really wonderful stay!

The pools were never cleaned during our stay. They were not at the temps for calling them “heated pools”. Most everyone realized that the pools were either cool or cold except kids as they don’t care. Also the sprinkler system was not working one day. Two maintenance men worked on it though. Also there was no wash cloths to bathe. Bath and beach towels were avail. I had asked what I needed to bring with me and I was basically told nothing. But you do need to bring toilet paper and soaps you use at home. I bought two packs of TP and left them there for the next people. There was only one dish towel and no dish cloths to wash dishes. Though there is a dishwasher. Thankfully there was 2 soap packets left for that. Next person needs to bring some or buy. There is a convenient cafe there but they only have limited foods they cook and the menu doesn’t change. It did sell wine and beer and sodas and water amongst other drinks like monsters. It was nice for it to be there but you can only eat the same foods so many times. Unless you have a car to drive there isn’t hardly any food places around unless you order doordash or Uber eats. They have a italian like restaurant which was small and had limited food also. I felt having to wear masks through the condo building was rediculous. It was not required if you went into stores or restaurants. In addition, to pay $20 for a key fob for every 2 people is really not necessary. These rules are just way too unnecessary.

Awesome

Had a really great experience. The condo is great. The location is great. Marcelo and Isabela are great! Communication was superb. Building staff was helpful. Can't go wrong here. Pool and beach setup are really nice. I come to the area annually and will keep Marcelo's place at the top of my list.

Great location

Overall very good stay. Had some issues with the shower door breaking and a resulting injury from it on the first night. However, Marcelo and Isabel were incredibly helpful in taking care of the problem. Beautiful property and very clean. Great location.

Enjoyable but not what was expected

Check in process was a little hectic and felt communication could have been better. Unit seemed outdated with peeling cabinets in the kitchen and toilet seat was worn and needs replaced. Use caution when going in and out patio door since there is a high metal guard you need to step over and one of the guests broke a toe. Kitchen offers coffee pot but no filters or coffee grounds so needed to purchase from the store and we left for next guests use. Only 1 and half roll of toilet paper was there and when called on site contact was told only starting supplies were provided so back to the store for toilet paper. No salt or pepper shakers, only 1 cube of ice in ice cube freezer tray when we arrived. Very poorly stocked kitchen and stressful to have to go shop for items and then leave behind because of flying. Waste of time and money. No information on what to do for check out other then taking trash to garbage shoot. Laundry facilities are not in the unit but on the floor and you need to pay for them and bring laundry soap with you or buy from the store. Dishwasher in kitchen but no soap for it only dish soap to hand wash. Unit lacked any information on the area and how far places were. Other places we have stayed at have done excellent at providing local information by leaving pamphlets or books/maps of the area. Get to the pool early if you want a spot with a chair and the complex allows towels to be put on the chairs to “save” them with a sign about only 30 minutes but no one on site to monitor so we never got to enjoy the pool area. Beach was great and we rented beach chairs and umbrella for $35 for the day on the hottest day we were there. Small cooler and 3 mismatched beach chairs were available to use as wells as beach towels. No wash clothes only hand towels and bath/kitchen towels. Thought the couch was a pull out bed but was not. Bed linens were nice in the bedroom. Definitely noisy from the traffic on the road and cars racing up and down in the evening time. We enjoyed our stay and had fun but have stayed at better locations. Walmart is a short 10 minute walk over the bridge which we found on the last day of our trip. If staying here for a longer stay just be sure to check with owner on what is available for use ahead of time so you are prepared.
